Healthy Beetroot Patty Burger

Prep Time ⏰ 30mins

Ingredients that you will need for Healthy Beetroot Burger 🌀
1) Potato
2) Beetroot
3) Paneer
4) Veggies like Capsicum, Corn, Carrot, French Beans, Greenpeas
5) Burger Bread
6) Salsa Sauce
7) Cheese (your choice)
8) Sliced Onion & tomatoes
9) Corn flour paste & bread crumbs


How to prepare Healthy Beetroot Burger👁‍🗨
🔸Pre preparation
Chop all the veggies in small pieces
Boil Potatoes & beetroot
Smash the potatoes & keep it aside
Grate beetroot & remove all its water (you can have a beetroot juice out of it because it is very healthy)

🔸To make Beetroot Patty
Heat some oil in a pan
Add all the veggies like onions, capsicum, carrots and saute for few mins, then add boiled corn and beans
Add salt, chili powder, oregano, chat masala and green chili (for making it spicy)
Mix all this well & cook on low flame till your veggies cooked properly
Thereafter add Potato & Beetroot & mix well & cook on low flame
Lastly, add Paneer cubes
Your mix is now ready

Let this cool a little then make medium size patty
Make a medium consistency corn flour or all-purpose flour paste (Just add Corn Flour, Water & Salt)
Dip your patty in this paste & coat it with bread crumbs & shallow fry till it turns brown
Your Healthy Patty is ready😋

🔸To make Burger 🍔
Take burger bread & apply salsa sauce in the bottom layer
Keep the patty above it
Then add onions & tomato rings
Sprinkle oregano on top of it
You can add lettuce if you like
Lastly, add cheese or mayonnaise & cover on top

Finally, your Burger is ready to be served 😍

So in Conclusion One Quick Tip 🌟 is surely necessary
In order to make it more soft & yummy
Apply butter on top of burger bread & microwave for 10-20 seconds.. this makes your burger warm & soft😋
